At A & A Pain Institute, our goal is to make your pain go away.  Not just for a while, but for good.  Many other pain management clinics teach their clients to live with their pain, or worse, may recommend immediate surgery.  That’s not a satisfactory solution for us--and it’s certainly not satisfactory to you, our patient!

Our dedicated team of doctors and our nurse practitioner bring over 20 years of pain management experience.  Since 1989, A & A has been providing the very best of care to help ease our patients’ pain.  Your initial consultation begins with a comprehensive physical examination focusing on neurological, musculoskeletal, postural and behavioral factors.   We may use EMG and nerve conduction studies or ultrasound technology to assist us in making the correct diagnosis.  Once a diagnosis has been made, an individualized treatment plan is designed and planned with the patient. Multiple conservative treatment options may be considered for the initial plan.  Various analgesics may be started.  Physical therapy also may be prescribed for the patient’s specific injury and movement imbalances.

We offer a variety of appropriate interventions in our office, including Trigger Point Injections, Joint and Epidural Steroid Injections, Nerve and Selective Root Injections, Facet Blocks, Rhizotomies, Implantation of various Nerve Stimulators, and Medication Infusion Pumps.

Multidisciplinary treatment such as ours frequently and effectively treats most pain symptoms.  Experience gained through clinical research and nationally recognized lectures further complement the care and treatment delivered at the A&A Pain Institute.
